Important Rental Information
Weekly rentals (7 night minimum) begin on Friday, Saturday & Sunday during Value & Prime Seasons. Two - Three night minimum rentals are available only in Pre & Post season. Please note all residences are individually owned & each differs in style & décor.  Our rating system is based upon decor, upkeep and renovations.  Our rating range from 1-4. 1 is the best, 2 is above average, 3 is average and 4 below average. In order to search for availability please keep this criteria in mind.

Mastercard and Visa can be accepted as an alternate form of rental payment in pre/post and value season. Not all homeowners accept credit cards as a  form of payment, see property details for each listing.


North Beach
The North Beach was the first building constructed at Seapointe Village. Built in 1987, this established what was to come at Seapointe. The ocean front location offers many styles & floor plans of condominiums from 1 to 3 bedroom residences and unparalleled views of the Atlantic Ocean from most residences. Pinnacle
The Pinnacle was the last of the 3 ocean front buildings constructed in 1992.  This building offer condominiums ranging from 1 bedroom up to 2 bedroom plus den residences.  The Pinnacle offers great views of the Atlantic Ocean & other amenities at Seapointe Village from most private balconies staggered design of the building.  The common area located in the lobby for all at Seapointe Village to utilize include: video game room, exercise room, steam bath, sauna, restrooms, showers, vending machines & clubhouse room. South Beach
The South Beach is the mirror image on the North Building built in 1988 .  This building's ocean front location offers condominiums from 1 to 3 bedroom, most with fantastic views of the Atlantic Ocean. All just steps from the beach & pools at Seapointe.  Click photo to view listings at South Beach.

 


Garden
The Garden residences offer the most architecturally beautiful building in Seapointe Village.  The Garden offers a 3 story lobby, grand staircase and 4th floor seating area to add to the ambiance.  The  condominiums range from 1 -2 bedroom floor plans.  The Garden building offers a pool with spa & gas bbq grilling area just off the grand lobby for easy access to all.  Many residences offer pool views.  Click on the photo to view listings in Garden.

 


Centre Court
The Centre Court was the last phase of the original Seapointe Village.  The building's kid - friendly, multi level pool is a great attraction for families & children young or old. A short distance from the beach, Centre Court, is a great choice to experience Seapointe Village at it's best.  The building's amenities include, restrooms, vending machines in the lobby. Townhomes
The Townhomes at Seapointe Village are located along the perimeter and offer a spacious option for larger or multiple families.  There are a few choices of floor plans including 2 bedroom, 2 bedroom plus loft, 3 bedroom plus loft and 3 bedroom plus family room.  All Townhomes include a 2 car garage, private balcony, & back patio area.  This more private option at Seapointe Village is a perfect choice for the shore home.  Click on photo for listings in the Townhomes.

 


Single Family Homes
The Single Family Homes at Seapointe Village offer all the privacy of a home with the benefits of the community.  The 20 homes are situated on the tree lined street of Dune Drive and are offered in 2 spacious models including a 2 bedroom plus den or 4 bedroom floor plan.  All homes offer a garage, private courtyards and back yard areas.  The Single Family Homes at Seapointe Village are truly the best of both worlds.  Click photo for listings.

 


Ibis "New for 2007"

Administrative Fee
Please note that all reservations are subject to a non-refundable administrative fee of $75.

Rate Calculation
Weekly rates are calculated at the nightly rate times seven nights and rates will vary depending upon seasonal changes and holidays. Owners may offer higher or lower rates, and occupancy maximums may be lower than those posted on the rate chart.

Security Deposit
All reservations are charged a minimum security deposit of $300, which is returned within 30 days of check-out. The security deposit may be higher at the owners' or Seapointe Village Realty's discretion. Deductions may be made as per the security deposit policies in the Occupancy Agreement.

Cancellation & Move Policy
If forty-five (45) days or more advance notice is given of cancellation, advanced monies will be refunded less $225.00 cancellation fee & the nonrefundable administrative fee. If less than forty-five (45) days notice given of cancellation, advanced monies will be forfeited unless Seapointe Village Realty, LLc secures a replacement reservation for that residence and week, in which case monies are refunded less $225.00 cancellation fee & the non-refundable administrative fee. All cancellations with deposit monies must be made in writing. Payments not received by due date will result in cancellation, and cancellation fees may apply. All moves requested by the occupant with advanced payments will be charged $100.00. No changes in accommodations can be made within 45 days of arrival.
